It’s pretty frustrating when you find yourself stuck on the loading screen for what…. 24hours? Instead of seeing the Finder, my friends iMac was stuck on the blue screen after doing a routine system update over the weekend. I spent countless hours trying to solve the problem, which I had to resolve to a system restore. Luckily for him, I setup my iMac as a target drive which helped have his computer up and running in no time!

2010/11 Financial Year Planner

This year I decided to design and print a larger year planner. I have customised the right side with I Owe You and You Owe Me sections. Also a To Do area. The footer consists of Public Holiday dates and a Notes and Deadlines area. The planner’s I usually purchase are too small for my doctors handwriting. Mine is A0 in size. *Evil Laugh*

The date boxes measure 30mm x 50mm.

I have 3 different colour variations. If you want your own go ahead and download yourself a copy. Red & Black, Lime & Cyan, Green & Blue.

Most recently I took on a project with an old friend who runs a special effects and painting company. I was briefed to execute a simple yet classy logo to be used on all sorts of media. Above is their favourite design under going minimal changes.

This design was one of my favourites from the concepts.

Unfortunately this design copped the most criticism as it looks like Batman.

My design guidelines listed for a circular logotype and able to create a stamp to imprint completed jobs. This logo was completed by just drawing circles.

NIKE Write the Future advertisement

It wasn’t until 6am this morning during the half-time interval of the Champions League Final between Inter Milan and Bayern Munich that I had watched an advertisement that will be remembered forever. This advertising leading up to the World Cup really wowed me, though to be quite honest. Which NIKE Football advert hasn’t?

Featherdale

Whilst my cousin was having his vacation here in Sydney, we decided to take his cute little daughter Sienna to Featherdale Wildlife Park which is west of Sydney. It was a fun and exciting day, especially witnessing Emu’s chasing people around the feeding area.
